May I ask if you have fully charged the headphones? Our headphones display a red light while charging, and the light turns off when the headphones are fully charged. You cannot turn them on and connect them while charging. You can turn on and connect the headphones by long-pressing the power button after the light turns off when the headphones are fully charged.

Short-press the volume up and down buttons simultaneously to switch RGB lighting modes (lighting modes remember the last state when powered off).

When powering on without connecting Bluetooth and intercom, press and hold both the volume down and volume up buttons for 5 seconds. After the indicator light flashes quickly, it will restore factory settings and clear all pairing information.
