Damages and issues

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Our intercoms are waterproof, but since they are electronic products, you should try to avoid excessive contact with water, otherwise it may reduce the product's lifespan.
Our intercoms light up red while charging; the light turns off when they are fully charged. Additionally, they cannot be used for intercom purposes while charging.
After installing the product on the helmet, there are significant differences in sound effects and volume. Please adjust the position of the speakers inside the helmet. Then check whether the microphone and device are correctly plugged in.
Our product sometimes experiences interference from signals and obstacles, especially signal interference from traffic lights, which can be quite significant. You can try resetting the intercom first, then slow down appropriately, and keep your phone about 10 meters away from you.
Is your helmet a full-face or a half-face helmet? The noise reduction of a half-face helmet is slightly weaker than that of a full-face helmet, so some noise may still be present. What is your approximate riding speed? You can try to check if the microphone is properly plugged in, and then ride at a slightly slower speed. If the problem remains unresolved, you are welcome to contact our online customer service.
Please first correctly connect the intercom according to the instructions, then try swapping the two microphones. If the same microphone still has no sound, you can contact online customer service for related after-sales support.
You can first reset the two earphones, and then reconnect them for intercom according to the method in my manual. Reset method: Without connecting to Bluetooth, press and hold the volume up and down buttons simultaneously to reset the intercom
Hello, after receiving the product, it needs to be charged for more than 2 hours. If you don't plan to use the product for an extended period and it remains in standby mode, it's best to charge it at least once a month.

This product has a one-year warranty. Within the warranty period, damage not caused by human factors is eligible for free repair. Damage caused by human factors is not covered by the warranty. Human caused damage includes but is not limited to: physical damage resulting from drops, collisions, squeezing, or other external forces; damage caused by improper operations such as using non-standard accessories or using beyond the rated scope; malfunctions due to unauthorized disassembly, modification, or non-official authorized repairs; damage caused by liquid spills or foreign objects entering the device, and similar issues.。
We sell individual accessories, but please ensure that you specify the product model for which you need accessories when making a purchase. Additionally, please note that our accessories do not include Velcro.
Sequentially attach the two height pads and the two hook-and-loop speaker pads near the ear area of the helmet. Complete helmet installation: Connect the two speakers to the hook side of the speaker pads; when connecting the speakers, the one with the shorter cable should be installed on the left side. Half helmet installation: Attach a hook side mic pad to the hard microphone, connect a loop side mic pad inside the helmet, and then connect the hook side mic pad to the loop side mic pad.

Hello, can you check whether the music transmission and reception settings of the two earphones are reversed? Connect one earphone to the phone as the music transmitter and the other as the music receiver.

May I ask if your earphones have been exposed to water or dropped? You can first reset both earphones and then connect them. Please also record a video of your operation and send it to us.
May I ask if you have fully charged the headphones? Our headphones display a red light while charging, and the light turns off when the headphones are fully charged. You cannot turn them on and connect them while charging. You can turn on and connect the headphones by long-pressing the power button after the light turns off when the headphones are fully charged.
Short-press the volume up and down buttons simultaneously to switch RGB lighting modes (lighting modes remember the last state when powered off).
When powered on, and does not connect to Bluetooth, intercom, or music sharing. Double-click the '+' sign to switch between automatic answering and manual answering.
